BYOPORT
A solution for automatic biometric border control, in service since February 2004 at
Frankfurt Rhein-Main Airport. The byoPort software builds on KWAS/PID technology and ensures
the interoperability of the components that make up the biometric control system, such as ID
reader and iris recognition camera. In addition to all the necessary functions for the enrollment
and recognition processes, the related interface also provides a number of protocols for
monitoring and maintaining the overall system.
